John Moore

John is an experienced, internationally recognised consultant, trainer and facilitator specialising in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence and Data modelling.  He is a lead associate consultant for a number of international training companies, delivering Project Management and Business Analysis courses to clients throughout the world. 
  
John started as a programmer working on telemetry control systems for the power industry. The control system for the New Zealand hydro-electricity was one of the major projects delivered. 
  
Taking on the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst for a software development company introduced John to the commercial and local government sectors. Specialising in integrated HR systems he led projects, integrating project management and business analysis roles, to provide the complete solution, with on-going support, including leadership and management training. 
  
As a consultant John has, amongst many assignments, spent time with the UN in New York, working in the project management office designing and providing specialist training across the spectrum of project management and business analysis, to support their business life cycle. 
  
Other clients include a number of investment banks such as Deutshe Bank and Aldermore, Higher Education establishments, MOD and NATO. 
  
Most recent assignments have been focused on the support of the integration of traditional and agile to deliver products and subsequently realise business benefits. 
  
Outside work his interests include a number of sports, walking, gardening and attempting to play guitar and cajon.
